No disinfectant available. Toilet without lighting. Coffee didn't taste good (we were the first), 12 o'clock. We have been there twice before. Bad service both times. That was the last time

Reservation was not noted. I also called specifically to see if you could come with someone in a wheelchair, and the answer was yes. So first of all we come to our journey, which we were full of anticipation. So we were on the street where the restaurant should be ... First of all, no parking space. Second, the restaurant cannot be seen from the street, but neither is it signposted. So we drove the road to the end and only saw a tiny "campsite" ... After two nice ladies who had to look for them themselves could tell us the way, we parked on a parking lane on the street. It should be noted that there is no disabled parking space. Fortunately, nothing was going on at the moment, so I could get the rollator out of the trunk and my friend could help my aunt. Now we come to the next thing that bothered us extremely. The lake and its grounds are described as handicapped accessible. You have to say that only the direct path around the lake is paved, but NOT the paths from the road to the circular path, there are only pebbles. (That's so wheelchair accessible ? Then turn left towards the local. This is the first time we come to something nice, the view is really nice !! So we arrived at the restaurant. We are already facing the next problem, the ramp to the restaurant is pretty steep, but with help we can still do it. But what is really annoying is the entrance to the restaurant: a single step with a piece of sheet metal in front of it, which cannot be seen as a help, as it practically goes straight down. Rein went with a walker while we had helped my aunt. One held from behind and one held her from behind. It was extremely windy on Saturday, it was warm, but the wind made it extremely dragging. First we sat in the "winter garden". However, there was pulling on every corner. When asked whether we could slide the outer door shut, we were told that this was not allowed. Waitress rude to 8 year old boy. Order from the chef / cook wrongly served (it makes a difference whether you order a Flammkuchen Ellsäßer style or with seafood and then you get exactly the wrong one). My girlfriend and I had the weekly offer: Champion cream schnitzel with french fries. So the good in front, optically it looked good ... But unfortunately it didn't taste like it looked! The fries still worked, but the schnitzel with the mushroom cream sauce was more than inedible! The schnitzel was almost two small chops and the sauce was a maggi sachet, where more salt must have been poured in! I gave the schnitzel back. The waitress was nice until then, and asked if I would like the same thing again. I said okay, but just the schnitzel, nothing in it. So the lady passed it on to her boss. However, the whole dish came back afterwards ... you could see at first glance that the sauce appeared lighter. Both the fries and the schnitzel now tasted like double-fried, i.e. extremely dry. And it was true, the sauce was only stretched with cream or milk. As a result, the sauce was no longer salty, but far from being good or just edible. I also left this dish completely, except for one bite. So only my aunt was satisfied with her tarte flambée. The waitress was alone in the service, with very good weather, so not for drinks orders, for a full restaurant, but also for the food orders, which all had to be brought outside. The boss himself did not bring a meal outside, although his employee had to take several drinks orders. He wasn't wearing a face mask either. In general, how he dealt with his employees was not okay !! So I don't blame her for getting sloppy afterwards, but rather the boss !! Never again!!!

Here you can relax and look at the lake. At the moment self-service which I think is good. Nice service.

Laguna area okay, inside area unfortunately corresponds to a snack bar. The way to the sanitary facilities leads directly past the cooking area. Everything is open and food is on the counter when it is prepared. Here you should come up with something.

Laguna Beachclub is a well cared for and cozy restaurant with bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was well cared for, fast and a very reasonable price. Even when we arrived on the 2nd day, we immediately got our drink, the waitress knew exactly what we were drinking. After our first visit we decided to visit this motorhome site and restaurant Laguna Beachclub more often. This restaurant is really recommended.
